I've used Troy and his team and Yards Apart for several projects. The work is top quality, and he is a pleasure to do business with. Most recently, he did a patio expansion project and the result exceeded my expectations in a big way! Now I have very usable space, gorgeous stonework surrounded by rock gardens and new grass. We own a single family residence in Austin, Texas, and over the past 2 decades we working with several landscapers. However, none have been as responsive and thoughtful as Yards Apart Landscaping. We had a concept in mind for how we wanted our yard to look -- implementing plenty of new zeros cape elements with one major change to the shape of the front yard. We wanted to lift the front yard to improve water retention, and Troy was the 4th landscaper we interviewed for the job. What a god send it was. Troy listens well and takes his time making suggestions that would fit our concept of how the yard should look. Many times his suggestions were superior to what we initially intended. He's rather organic in style --don't expect fancy and expensive CAD work -- but he takes his time to be thoughtful about each step in the design and implantation process. As the project developed Troy would occasionally change his mind for a better alternative with a beautiful outcome. We are extremely pleased with Yards Apart Landscaping. Troy was always timely and hard working. His stone work is exceptional and his eye for balancing plants and ground cover is excellent. Pricing was reasonable and fair too. When completed numerous neighbors would ask "who did this for you"? We highly recommend Troy. Our front yard is now a beauty!
